WHERE IS THE STORE BASED? 
We are based in United States.  
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING
(All) Shipping is FREE and we offer worldwide shipping

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We ship from our partnered sweat-free factories located in China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

WHAT SIZES ARE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR CLOTHING?
We offer different sizes for different clothing based upon each manufacture. We have worked to take a lot of guess work out of the process by our "best fit" tools as well as offer (Equal to Sizes) in each products variant description; however, size can and most times be different for each manufacture. Please  also use our reference charts for your own measurements if still in doubt send us an email.  

WHAT IS THIS STORE'S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
We offer our customers a 100% guarantee refund for defective product(s) Please notify us no later than (7) days after delivery and return no later than (60) days. It is important that you are ordering the correct item, size, and color. Make sure to read the measurements in products that apply. Any questions or doubts, email us at customerservice@lesbijouteries.com. 
Please do not ship returns directly to the manufacture we would not want you to bare the expense of this.

customerservice@lesbijouteries.com to start the return process. You will be supplied a return ID that should be included with your return package.
Please note:  We do not accept returns on swimwear, intimate wear earrings or consumable products including perfume, cosmetics and other beauty products. 
Refunds (when applicable)
Return can not be worn and returned in the condition received.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the is there are any issues with your return. Refunds can take up to 14 business days and we refund via PayPal.

DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE US?
We sure do! We proudly ship worldwide for FREE.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Order processing time takes 1-7 business days before shipment.
 Your estimated delivery time would depend largely on your location and region. 

US orders in most cases are shipped via e-Packet, which is a US postal service product. US orders usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination, but can take longer from time to time due to local courier processing time for dispatch and your local custom laws and we are (not) responsible for delays of this nature that are out of the parameters of our control. 

Worldwide orders are usually shipped via e-Packet or EMS. International orders most often take between 15 and 25 days to arrive at their destination, but sometimes take up to 40 days depending on where you are in the World.

Occasionally, depending on various factors like customs, Worldwide orders can take in excess of 40 days to arrive.

I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
We ship from different parts of China so some items might arrive earlier than others. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.

WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________?
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.

CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER?
Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.
WHAT PAYMENT METHOD CAN I USE?
We accept all major credit cards, debt cards with credit card emblems, PayPal, Amazon Payments and we even offer a Particial Payment option. These you will all find at checkout.
