Because we pride ourselves on our quality and craftsmanship we will refund 100% for items that don't meet our standard of quality or craftsmanship within 7 days Customer must contact us regarding their concerns. Please explain in much detail as possible for the reason for the requested refund and offer any requested documentation. You will be issued a authorization code to be included with your returned package. We must receive your Authorized package in 7 days. We offer free shipping at the time of your purchase and pay the return shipping cost if we ever send defective merchandise, wrong merchandise in error or poor quality on our part. All returns must be unworn, in the condition you received them must not be altered, damaged, no perfume or the smell of any other toiletries, must not be damaged or stained in any way, Must be returned in the packaging that it was received. (FOR ALL RETURNS) purchased from our store online store. 
All other requested returns not related to the above reasons e.g. too tight of a fit, too large, or uncomfortable to wear must adhere to the same policy. You must contact us for an Authorization Code and item must be returned within 7 days.
Refunds based on any reason other than craftsmanship and quality are subject to a $8.95 processing per item returned. The processing fee will be deducted from the amount of customer's refund. Customer can use this processing fee as a store credit and can be applied to a future purchase within 30 days after the return and will be issued in the form of a coupon code. All returns must be shipped (only) in the package (s) is customer received.Customer Relations for Authorization and confirmation so that we can email you the return shipping label. U.S. customers (only)
All Sale items are final sales all items purchased using any (return) coupon is marked as a sale item and can not be returned or exchanged unless due to manufacturing and quality.
DESIGN & CELEBRITY MADE-TO-Order 
When it comes to our Design & celebrity Made-to-order we highly suggest this because as you can see when viewing our website for the most part our made-to-order are special occasion and or are not readily found in the average department store so chances are you love the dresses, perhaps it's in the fit?

Perfect Fit Guarantee we will provide up-to $55.00 in alteration credit on (all) made-to-order dresses on our website. How it works is take your made-to-order dress to your local tailor and have the necessary adjustments made within 10 business days of delivery. Email us proof of alterations (receipt) from tailor is required. Email to the information to customerrelations@lesbijouteries.com  We refund our Perfect Fit Guarantee by Visa Gift Cards. U.S. dollar currency.

Dresses made-to-order are made within our strict guidelines if the product does not meet our high standard of craftsmanship and quality you must contact us immediately when you are in receipt of the garment and the process of the return must be implemented within 48 hours of receipt for a Authorization Code and must be retuned in 7 days. FINE JEWELRY WARRANTIES & RETURNS
  • All of our jewelry is covered under a 3-month warranty valid in the United States. Our warranty, covers manufacture's defects. It does not cover the following:
  • General wear and tear such as scratches, dents, nicks or missing stones.
  • Although our jewelry is resistant to moisture, water damage is not covered.
  • Fading/chipping of the material on the product (which depends almost entirely on how yo handle the product.)
  • Damage due to personal misuse or negligence.
  • Damage, accidental or otherwise, to the item while in the possession of the consumer not caused by a defect in material or workmanship.
Returns must be made in 7 days of delivery. Any item that is returned from our Fine Jewelry collection for any reason other than manufacture's defects are subject to a 30% restocking fee. All returns must be unworn, in the condition received  must not be altered or damaged in any way.
We do not accept returns after the time frames specified in any of our return policies.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER WE RECIVE YOUR RETURN
Once the item (s) are received all items are processed and undergo a intense quality control check which why it is important that you include your Authorization Code and include any pertinent information and feedback. Your feedback is helpful to us as well so that if it is found that there if faulty craftsmanship and poor quality we want to eliminate these types of issues for our customers. It sometimes takes up to 15 to 25 business days to complete our process we will refund immediately to your original method of payment.
